Complaints

At HCCG we always try to deliver our work to a high standard and encourage and welcome feedback especially when counselling has not met your expectations.  We understand that complaints can act as valuable feedback and if taken on board and responded to positively will improve the experience of others when dealing with us.

You can register a complaint with us by phone, email or letter and our Board of Directors will deal with it and will write to you confirming what we are doing.

Our counsellors’ are also members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)  and abide by their Ethical Framework for working with clients.  You have the right to complain directly to them as well – for more information click here.
